Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to place an order. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products and pricing

We do our best to display product colors and images accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product measurements are approximate. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors, and any payment will be refunded.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Product use and safety

LaneShield is a bicycle tail light that projects red laser lines onto the road. Never look into the laser opening or point it at people, animals or vehicles. Keep it away from children. You are responsible for following the bicycle lighting and traffic laws where you ride. The light is a visibility aid and does not guarantee that drivers will see you or keep their distance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaneShield is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
